For the time being, we do not offer permanent jewelry for kids under 12 years old. This is due to Federal regulations in regards to jewelry on children and we are working on getting all of the certifications required so that we can offer our services to kids under 12. Thank you for understanding!
SALES AND PAYMENTS
Once your chain is cut and welded, all sales are final. Payment is due at time of service, no exceptions. We take Credit/Debit Cards, Venmo, or America First Transfer
SKIN
We do not recommend purchasing permanent jewelry if you have sensitivities to gold, silver, or other base metals. We are not responsible for any skin sensitivity reactions and do not issue refunds for these instances.
CHAINS
We are not responsible for lost, snagged, or broken chains. If any of these happen, a new chain will have to be purchased. If your chain breaks at the jump ring or if you have to remove it by cutting the jump ring, save the chain and we will re-weld it for free when you are ready to replace it.
CHAIN WARRANTY
All chains used are .925 sterling silver or 14k gold-filled. Dulling of chains is normal with time and can be slowed by taking proper care of your chain. However, if your chain tarnishes (turns green) within one year of receiving it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace it for free. If tarnishing happens after one year, a new chain will have to be purchased.
